Table 1 shunt low temp (degC)
Configuration
Machines with fixed temp. sensor
Nominal value: 0 degC
Used in conjunction with variable 13. If primary table surface
temperature falls below this value, the primary cooling water is
shunted past the table instead of through it. Setting both variables
12 and 13 to zero disables cooling water shunting. Units are in
centigrade regardless of the temperature units selected for display.
Shunt control is available only if the machine has a fixed
temperature sensor monitoring the primary table.

Machines with fixed temp. sensor
Nominal value: 55 degC
Used in conjunction with variable 12. If primary table surface
temperature rises above this value, the primary cooling water is
shunted past the table instead of through it. Setting both variables
12 and 13 to zero disables cooling water shunting. Units are in
centigrade regardless of the temperature units selected for display.
Shunt control is available only if the machine has a fixed
temperature sensor monitoring the primary table.

Bridge left curtain position

Nominal value: -8 in.
The distance in negative inches from the primary table center to a
position that will place the left carrier over the optional curtain
rinse nozzles. (Refer to calibration procedure.)

The distance in negative inches from the primary table center to a
position that will place the right carrier over the optional curtain
rinse nozzles. (Refer to calibration procedure.)

Bridge table 2 position

Nominal value: -35 in.
The distance in negative inches from the primary table center to the
exact center of the second polishing table. (Refer to calibration
procedure.)

TBL1 Hi/Lo temp alarm(0-n,1-y)

All machines
If set to "1", an alarm will occur during primary table polishing if
the primary table temperature either rises above the high
temperature alarm limit or falls below the low temperature alarm
limit in the Alarm Parameter menu.
If set to "0" the feature is disabled.
