Cond#1 Sweep Start
Outer
Inner
The conditioning arm will start at the outer position.
The conditioning arm will start at the inner position.
Cond#1 Sweep Style
One Way
Two Way
Single
The arm will sweep across the table and then lift for
the return stroke for each conditioning cycle.
The arm will sweep across the table in both directions
for conditioning cycle.
(Programmable arms only) The arm will sweep across
the table once for each conditioning cycle.
Cond#1 In-situ Conditioning
Enbl/Dsbl
Conditioning will occur during primary table
polishing. ("Outer" will be used for sweep start and
"Two Way" for sweep style regardless of how they are
set.)
Cond#1 In-situ Duty Cycle
If using in-situ conditioning, sets the percentage of
time conditioning occurs during polishing. The arm is
raised and conditioning is paused the required time
after each complete 2 way sweep to effect the duty
cycle. If the duty cycle is set to 100%, in-situ
conditioning will be continuous. If set to 0%, there
will be one 2 way sweep after which the arm will raise
and pause indefinitely.
Cond#1 In-Situ Start Delay
If using in-situ conditioning, sets a time in seconds
after polishing starts to hold off the start of the
conditioning sequence. If set to "0", the in-situ
conditioning sequencing will start simultaneously with
the start of polishing.
Cond#1 In-Situ Cond Cycles
If using in-situ conditioning, sets the number of
conditioning cycles. After the last cycle, the arm will
remain at the outer position in the raised position. If
the polishing cycle finishes before the last conditioning
cycle is complete, conditioning will end.
"0" means unlimited cycles.
Cond#1 Last Pol Step w/InSit
If using in-situ conditioning, sets the last primary table
step (1-10) for which conditioning is desired. At the
end of that step, the conditioner will move to the outer
position and lift from the table for the remainder of the
polish cycle.
"0" means unlimited cycles.
