Adjust the reel fore-aft position until the

Position the header so that the cutterbar is 254

356 mm (10

14 in.) off the ground.

Lower the reel fully, and continue holding the control button down to phase the cylinders.
6.
Shut down the engine, and remove the key from the ignition.

Adjust the clearance at the outboard ends of the reel as
follows:
a.
Loosen bolt (A) on the outer arm cylinder.
b.
Adjust cylinder rod (B) as needed:
•
To increase the clearance between the reel fingers
and the cutterbar, turn cylinder rod (B) out of the
clevis.
•
To decrease the clearance between the reel fingers
and the cutterbar, turn cylinder rod (B) into the
clevis.
c.
Tighten bolt (A).
8.
Repeat Step
on the opposite side of the header.
