6. Is a FAULT LED lighted or flashing on an OLIU circuit pack?
If YES, then do TAP-111 if linear extension.
Do TAP-119 if ring configuration.
If NO, then continue with Step 7.
7. Is the FAULT LED lighted (not flashing) on the faceplate of one and only one
circuit pack of the DDM-2000?
If YES, then continue with Step 8.
If NO, then proceed to Step 11.
