Remove check screws (1) from planetary cover.

Alternately insert a lever in the slots provided and prise to separate

the planetary cover (2) from the steering case (3).

Remove the complete planetary cover (2).

Loosen and remove the nuts (4) that lock the gear ring flange (5).

Remove safety flange (6).

Remove the complete gear ring flange (5) by using a puller and

applying counter pressure to the studs.
