Cisco Catalyst Switch Manager Objects and Interfaces

Network Element Object

The Network Element object is a logical container representing the entire Catalyst switch managed
through the supervisor and/or MSFC SNMP agents and Catalyst OS/IOS command-line interface. This
class acts as a container for the physical and logical components of the device. The entire hierarchical
structure of the Cisco Catalyst Switch Manager components is as follows:
