STP Summary Information Window

STP Summary Information Window

The STP Summary Information window provides high–level information regarding the global Spanning 
Tree Protocol configuration on a managed Catalyst switch. For detailed information, see the STP 
Configuration Management window as described in 

“STP Configuration Window” section on page 9-16

. 

The STP Summary Information window is launched from the Software object or STP object in the 
Physical view.

To launch the STP Configuration Management window, perform one of the following:

•

Right–click a Site object within the Network or Physical containment views, then choose 
CSM/7600 Manager > Logical > Software > STP Summary Information.

•

Right–click a Network Element object within the Network or Physical containment views, then 
choose Logical > Software > STP Summary Information.

•

Right–click a Software object within the Physical containment view, then choose STP Summary 
Information.

•

Right–click an STP object within the Physical containment view, then choose STP Summary 
Information.

The following figure is an example of the STP Summary Information window.
