Chapter 9 Software Management

Software Management Window

Software Management Window

The Software Management window provides information on the IOS image and configuration of the
switch or router.This window is launched from the Software object.

To launch the Software Management window, perform one of the following:

•

Right–click a Site object within the Network or Physical containment views, then choose
CSM/7600 Manager > Logical > Software > Image/Config Backup/Restore.

•

Right–click a Network Element object within the Network or Physical containment views, then
choose Logical > Software > Image/Config Backup/Restore.

•

Right–click a Software object within the Physical containment view, then choose
Image/Config Backup/Restore.

The following figure is an example of the Software Management window.

You can choose only one software object at a time from the object list on the left side of the window.
