The General tab of the VLAN Summary window consists of the following areas:

Fault

STP Setting

Assigned Ports

Configuration
Fault
The Fault area provides a listing of the alarms received on the selected VLAN in tabular format,
including severity, time, and description.
STP Setting
The STP Setting area provides a description of the STP setting for the selected VLAN.
Assigned Ports
The Assigned Ports area provides a listing of the ports configured to the selected VLAN.
Performance
The Performance area provides the following:
•
Overflow Octets—The number of times the associated smonVlanIdStatsTotalOctets counter has
overflowed.
•
HC Pkts—The number of high capacity packets counted on this VLAN.
•
HC Octets—The number of high capacity octets counted on this VLAN.
•
Octets—The number of octets counted on this VLAN.
•
Pkts—The number of packets counted on this VLAN.
•
Overflow Pkts—The number of times the associated VlanIdStatsTotalPkts counter has overflowed.
•
Total Overflow Octets—The number of times the associated smonVlanIdStatsTotalOctets counter
has overflowed.
Configuration
Displays the configuration sniplet for the selected VLAN/STP instance.
