Example:
Consider that the motor nominal current is 10 A corresponding to the
base speed of 1500 rpm. Then the parameters are to be configured in the following
sequence.
Note:
The values defined below are only used to define the sequence, and the
actual parameter values have to be entered according to the actual motor details
and the load.
------- 7 A
------- 2000 rpm
------- 8 A
------- 1800 rpm
------- 9 A
------- 1600 rpm
------- 10 A
------- 1500 rpm
Parameters
…
for the reverse direction should also be entered in the
same sequence as shown above. If the sequence of the parameters is not correct,
then the speed is automatically limited to Par.
BASE SPEED, and the error bit
(signal
bit 10) is set to 1.
Example:
This example describes the parameter configuration that can be used for
having a two-speed control. This configuration enables you to run the motor at two
speeds, one being a high speed in the empty hook condition and the other a limited
speed in the load condition.
Note:
The values defined below are considered only to describe the function, and
the actual parameter values have to be entered according to the actual motor details
and the load.
CURR X1 FWD ------- 10 A
REF Y1 FWD ------- 2000 rpm
CURR X2 FWD ------- 12 A
REF Y2 FWD ------- 2000 rpm
CURR X3 FWD ------- 20 A
REF Y3 FWD ------- 1300 rpm
CURR X4 FWD ------- 25 A
REF Y4 FWD ------- 1300 rpm
CURR X1 REV ------- 10 A
REF Y1 REV ------- 2000 rpm
CURR X2 REV ------- 12 A
