View the disk usage

View the disk usage

Introduction

Task for operators

'Disk usage' shows the amount of disk space that is used for jobs in the memory and
mailbox, and the jobs in the job queue. When 90% of the disk is used, the indication
becomes orange. When 100% of the disk space is used, the indication becomes red.
The disk usage indication is updated every 5 minutes.
The Océ VarioPrint

®

2100/2110 offers the possibility the view the disk usage. This

feature is located in the 'System manager'.

How to view the disk usage

1.

Press the function key 'System manager'.

2.

Press the function key 'System'.

3.

The 'Disk usage' section shows the amount of disk space that is currently in use. This
amount is shown in blocks. The more blocks you see in the bar, the more disk space
the jobs use.
