222 Chapter 8 The accounting function
About the account log file
■
When no jobs are performed on a certain day, the account log file will only
contain the field <firstrecord>.
■
KOS and SAS jobs are logged with the user name 'Key Operator/System
Administrator'. The account ID is 99997. The <jobtype> field displays 'IP' or
'AP'.
■
Clean jobs are logged with the user name 'Key Operator/System Administrator'.
The account ID is 99997. The job name is 'Cleanjob'. The <jobtype> field
displays 'AP'.
■
SDS jobs are logged with the account ID 99997. The <jobtype> field displays
'SYSTEM'

Non-terminal Description
<digit> 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 0
<num> A numeric string of up to 9 digits. Leading zeroes are not allowed.
<yyyy> The 4 digits that indicate the number of the year, for example
2007.
<mm> The 2 digits that indicate the number of the month. The range is
01 - 12.
<dd> The 2 digits that indicate the number of the day. The range is 01 -
31.
<hh> The 2 digits that indicate the hour. The range is 00 - 23.
<min> The 2 digits that indicate the minutes. The range is 00 - 59.
<ss> The 2 digits that indicate the seconds. The range is 00 - 59.
<meidaid> The number that identifies a type of media that is used in a job (for
example a different format, type or weight). The maximum
number of media types in a job is 16. The <mediaid> is replaced
by a number from the range 1 - 16.
<CR> A carriage return character.
<LF> A line feed character.
