Restore the default account ID file

Restore the default account ID file

When to do

To return to the start situation, you can restore the factory default account ID file. 
This file is stored on the Océ Smart Imager and can not be edited. 

Note: 

The information of the current  account ID file is removed and can not be 

recovered. 
It is recommended to keep a copy of a customised account ID file available  on a 
location on your PC, in case you want to have a backup of the customised file. 

Note: 

You can only restore the default account ID file with this function. The factory 

defaults of the key operator and the system administrator do not influence the 
account ID file.

Restore the factory default account ID file

1.

Select the 'Settings' tab in the Océ VarioPrint

®

 2100/2110  Settings Editor.

2.

Select 'Accounting'.

3.

Select 'ID file'.

4.

Select 'Default'. 

5.

Click 'OK' to restore the factory default account ID file.

Result

The default account ID file overwrites the current account ID file.
