About the account log file
<idletime> <num>:<min>:<ss> The total time that the job is active
but waits for operator interaction,
for example solve an error or load
the media.
<readydate> <yyyy>-<mm>-<dd> The date on which the job was
finished or cancelled.

When you open
the file in Microsoft

Excel, the date format
changes into the date
format that is defined in

maximum length of
255 characters The user name that is defined for the
job.
<jobname> A text string with a
maximum length of
255 characters The name of the job (only for
automatic or interactive print jobs
and scan jobs). Otherwise, the field
is empty.
