Accounting settings on the operator panel

Note:

If you use the bundle print function or select multiple jobs in the mailbox, the

operator must enter the account number only one time. The jobs in the bundle print
job are recorded as separate jobs in the accounting log file.

'Accounting'

'Accounting
mode'

Define the accounting mode.

■

'Per job'. A dialogue box appears for each job. The
dialogue box does not appear when an account ID
was indicated in the printer driver.

■

'Fixed'. The account ID that was set in the 'System
manager' is used for all jobs.

'Set account ID'

Enter the account ID.

Note:

The operator panel only displays this

setting when the 'Accounting mode' is set to
'Fixed'.
