Chapter 5 The print function

Display operator notes attached to print jobs

How to display operator notes for automatic print jobs

Press the 'Job queue' key to open the job queue.

Use the arrow-up and arrow-down keys

to scroll to the job.

Use the round selection key between the arrow-up and arrow-down keys

to open

the job.

Press the soft key 'Operator note' to display the note.

Press 'OK' to close the note.

Note:

If no operator note is attached, the 'Operator note' key is disabled.
