Introduction

The Océ VarioPrint

®

 2100/2110 offers a range of standard scan profiles on the 

operator panel of the system. The scan profiles are located on the Océ Smart Imager 
in the sjt.csv (Scan Job Ticket).

To access or edit one or  more scan profiles, you must download the scan profiles file 
from the Océ Smart Imager and save the file on your workstation. 
To make the scan profiles file available on the operator panel of the Océ VarioPrint

®

 

2100/2110, you must upload the file again. 

Note: 

The scan profiles file can also contain scan to e-mail profiles. 

Note: 

You can create a maximum of 99 active profiles in a scan profiles file.

Download the scan profiles

In order to download the scan profiles file, you need to access the 'Settings' tab in the 
Océ VarioPrint

®

 2100/2110 Settings Editor. Select  'Scan to file' and then  'Scan 

profiles' and 'Download' to display the setting. 
Right-click the link and use the 'Save as'  option  in the pop-up menu to save the file 
to a destination of your choice.
or
Click the link, the scan profiles file will be saved to  a location on your local disk for 
example. The sjt.csv file can now be opened and edited in a suitable application (e.g. 
Microsoft

®
