ADF valves
A. Main valve
B. Blowing valves
C. Drain valve
D. Diaphragm (main valve)
E. Solenoid (main valve)
F. Electrical connection (blowing valve)
G. Pilot air (blowing valve)
H. Diaphragm (blowing valve)
I. Electrical connection (drain valve)
J. Pilot air (drain valve)
1. Check the function of the main valve (A).
2. Do the following, if the main valve does not
open:
a. Check the electrical connection and the
function of the solenoid (E) valve.
b. If the valve leaks, check the diaphragm (D)
in the valve. Refer to illustration 4 and 5.
3. Check the function of the blowing valves (B).
4. Do the following, if the blowing valves do not
open:
a. Check the electrical connection (F) and the
function of the solenoid valve.
b. Check if the pilot air (G) is connected to the
input marked “R”.
c. Check the diaphragm (H) for damage.
d. If the valve does not open/close in the
correct way (0.2 sec.), check the pilot air in
the solenoid valve.
Refer to illustration 6.
5. Check the function of the drain valve (C).
6. Do the following, if the drain valve does not
open:
