INSTALLATION MANUAL
TESTING AND FINALIZING
This document, together with the drawings,
gives the complete instructions for testing and
finalizing the installation of the equipment.
Note!
After you have tested and finalized the equip-
ment you must tidy up the site and equipment.
Note!
In this document you will find checkboxes in
front of every step and sub step. Check these
boxes when you have completed a step or sub
step. If you do this, you make sure that nothing
is forgotten.
General testing and finalizing
1 Make sure that the safety equipment is
working properly.
•
The emergency-stops

The service handle/running device
•
The limit switches etc.
2 Make sure that all the electrical connections
are properly tightened.
3 Make sure the oil level in central lubrication
canister and gear boxes are correct.
4 Make sure the settings for the door heating
relay are correct. Refer to service info 01-
06-139
5 Make sure that the lubrication points
functions correctly.
6 Make sure that the fans rotate in the correct
direction. Refer to illustration1.
7 Make sure that the length of the belt and
chains are correct, once more.
8 Make sure that the freezer belt engagement
(X) over the outer ball chain is correct. Refer
to illustration 2 and table 1 .
9 Make sure that the support ring is correctly
and adjusted and, if necessary, adjust it.
10 Make sure that the cleaning system
functions correctly.
11 Make sure that the defrost system functions
correctly.
12 Continue with the next heading in this
document.
