7. Carefully move the floor sections into place on the sub
floor. Use a forklift with 2,5m extensions.
Caution
The extensions must be 2,5 m long. If you do
not use the correct extension, the floor sections
can be damaged by the forks or fall.
8. Install the outside thresholds on the floor sections.
9. Put sealant in the joint of the thresholds.
10. Tack-weld the joints of the floor sections together. Use the
TIG welding machine and set it to approximately 40-50A.
Warning
Be careful when you weld the joint and use the
correct setting on the TIG welding machine. If
you are not careful or you use another setting,
the material around the weld can melt or the
weld can become too weak. A too high setting
can also damage the insulation under the steel.
11. Weld the joint of the floor sections completely.
12. Weld the holes between the coil floor and the stack floor.

13. Insert the rod (F) into the
stand pipes (H). Use a
hammer.
14. Cut an approximately 4 mm
wide horizontal slot (G) in
the stand pipes, just below
the threads.
15. Weld the pipes and rod
together. Weld both in the
slot and around the rim of
the pipe.
16. Polish all the welds with
a stainless steel brush or
scotch brite.
