INSTALLATION MANUAL

INSTALLATION OF THE LUBRICATION

SYSTEM

This document, together with the drawing, gives the complete

instructions for installing the lubricating system.

1. Install the lubrication system on the infeed

wall or at the electrical cabinet.

Refer to the

drawing.

Note!

The distribution pipes are pre-installed.
2. Connect the lubricating system to the

electrical system.

Refer to the drawing.

A.  Metering valves
B.  Lubricating nozzles
C.  Plastic pipes
D.  Priming plug
E.  Lubrication button
F.  Oil reservoir

3. Connect the hose between the pump and

the metering elements.

4. Make sure that the metering valves (A) are

connected to the correct lubrication nozzles
(B).

5. Make sure that the lubrication nozzles (B)

are pointing in the right direction.

6. Prime the lubrication circuits by doing the

following:

a. Connect the plastic pipe (C) to the priming

plug (D).

b. Press the lubrication button (E) repeatedly

to fill the circuit with oil and to push out all
air bubbles.

Note!

If the oil reservoir (F) is empty the pump will not

start when the lubrication button (E) is pressed.
