INSTALLATION MANUAL

INSTALLATION,

PRODUCT ZONE RINSER - PZR

(optional equipment)

This document contains information on how to

install the cleaning system PZR. For more

information see equipment drawings.

1. Installation

1. If possible install the product zone rinser

before the mezzanine floor and enclosure.

2. Place the Heavy duty pump according to

PZR drawing, index 00023.
Make sure that the foundation for the pump
is sufficiently strong.

3. Install the belt rinse nozzles (circuit 9)

adjusted according to illustration 2.

4. Tighten all clamps and brackets.
5. Foam and seal the the pipe penetrations

carefully and fit the cover plates.

2. Start up

1. Check the rotation direction of the belt drier

fan according to illustration 3.

2. If heavy duty: Adjust the valve on the water

supply inlet so that the water level in the
reciever according to illustration 4.

3. Check that the water spray nozzles cover

the whole belt mesh and side links.

4. Check that there is a drain hole in the

bottom of the PZR tank according to
illustration 4.
