INSTALLATION PREPARATIONS

Heavy equipment needed for the installation
- Forklift truck or crane
(3,0 ton capacity and 2,5 m fork extension)
During the unloading of the flat rack containers from the
trucks it is nessesary to lift parts with a weight of up to 3,0
ton and with a lifting center of 2,5 meter.
The largest flat rack container has the following dimensions:
40 ft. (L: 38 ft. 9 ¼ inches, 11,820 m, W: 7 ft. 6 inches, 2,148
m, H: 6 ft. 10.5 inches, 2,095 m).
- Forklift truck or crane
(3,0 ton capacity and 2,5 m fork extension)
During the installation it is necessary to lift parts with a
weight of up to 3,0 ton and with a lifting center of 2,5 meter.

(2,5 ton capacity)
During the whole installation it is necessary to have access
to a forklift truck with a lifting capacity of 2,5 ton.

TIG welding machine
25-120A, protection-gas for stainless steel and 1,6 mm filler
rods.

1 mobile platform or z-lifter platform
2 ladders, (6,0 m)
Assorted hand tools, including an adjustable spanner and
sockets, (up to 24 mm)
Big size drilling machine
Bits for the self drilling screws, (8 mm)
Box wrench, (8, 10, 13, 17 and 19 mm)
Drill for making threads, (M5, M6, M8 and M10)
Electrical extension cords
Extended hole saws, (30 mm, 50 mm, 75 mm and (100 mm
insulated wall))
Grinder
Hole saws, (35 mm, 50 mm)
Level
Leveling instrument
Lights
Pliers, (side cutter)
Pliers, (flat)
Pliers for thread rivet
Pop rivet gun, (3,2, 4,1 and 4,9 pop rivets)
Set of pliers for electrical work
Sets of screwdrivers, (pozidrive and flat)
