INSTALLATION PREPARATIONS

CUSTOMERS EQUIPMENT AND

PREPARATIONS

This document lists and describes the needed equipment and

preparations for the installation of the equipment that is de-

scribed in this manual. Use the appended checklist to make

sure that all the preparing steps are carried out.

Refer to the

installation manual: Customers equipment and preparations

checklist, 1000-07-01-92-##.

Required preparations

All required preparations must be finished at the site before the

site supervisor arrives. The aim with this is to ensure a proper

installation within the estimated time schedule.

Refer to the

installation matrix

Pre-installation

1. Make sure that there is enough space in the storage area.
2. Make sure that the entrance gate to the storage area is big

enough.

3. Make sure that the sub floor will be correctly prepared ac-

cording to the drawings and completed before the installa-

tion is scheduled to start. If it is complete, check its levels

and dimentions and the functionality of the heating cables.

4. Make sure that the space and gates at the customer’s facili-

ties are big enough.

5. Discuss the dimension and connection drawings with the

customer: the positioning of the doors, cleaning system,

openings and refrigeration connections etc.

6. Discuss safety matters with the customer and have them

sign the JBT FoodTech safety protocol.

Required equipment

All required equipment must be avaliable at the site before the

site supervisor arrives. The aim with this document is to ensure

a proper installation within the estimated time schedule,

refer to

the installation manual: the installation matrix.
