INSTALLATION

INSTALLATION MANUAL

INSTALLATION OF THE ELECTRICAL

SYSTEM

This document, together with the corresponding drawing

package, gives the complete instructions for installing the

electrical system.

1. Install the internal cable ladders.

2. Install and lash the internal cables.

Refer to service info: 01-

06-225.

3. Install the external cable ladders.

4. Install and lash the external cables.

Refer to service info: 01-

06-225.

Note!

Mark the cables with the corresponding cable numbers at both

ends. This will help to make installation and maintenance

easier.
5. Connect the cables to the motor, emergency-stops, door

heating, etc. For information on connecting the motor,

refer

to the diagram: Motor connection box on the next page.

you have doubts during this, ask someone who knows.

6. Install and connect the remaining emergency-stops,

warning lights, service handles/running device, etc.

7. Install the electrical cabinet.

8. Connect all the cables in the electrical cabinet.

9. Install the control panel.

Refer to the drawings.

10. Make sure that all screws are tightened.

Warning

Make sure that all screws are tightened before

the power supply is connected and turned on.

Electricity can be very dangerous. If the screws

are loose, there is danger of damage to the

equipment and injury to persons.
