Check the PLC: Input for the limit switches.

(The light is on if it is functioning OK.)

If none of the above examples solved the problem:

11. Temp-sensors according to service info 125

OK?

Yes

Check all the connections in the junction boxes and

in the control panel.

Cable number = Page number in the drawings.

Use an ohm-meter to measure between part 1 & 2. For a

PT100, it should show between 70 and 130 Ohm. (depending

on the temperature). Do the same between part 1 and 3.

Look for loose wires on the terminal blocks.

If none of the above examples solved the problem:

The pump will only start if the flow-switch is on.

Look for loose wires on the terminal blocks.

If none of the above examples solved the problem:

Check the Air Rail Temperature. The cleaning system will

not start if the temperature is too low.

Check all the connections in the junction boxes and

in the control panel.
