Outgoing rail
Rail 1 must be in position before adjusting outgoing rail.
1. Make sure rail 3 is level. Also check the distance between
incoming rail and rail 3 at the transfer point. It should be
equal to the link height.
2. Make sure that the drive station is level with rail 3 at the
transfer point.
3. Tac weld the outgoing rail in position.
4. Measure the distance between rail 1 and outgoing rail at
3 positions according to picture. The outgoing rail shall be
horizontal at all points.
- At transfer point(A)
- At connection to horse shoe rail (B)
- In between these 2 points (C)

5. Use a square tube on top of the outer and inner transfer
rails as base for the measurements.

6. The correct measure for point C = (A+B)/2.
Tolerance is C +0/-1 (i.e. downwards is better)
7. If required, adjust the outgoing rail until the correct measure
of C is achieved.
