INSTALLATION

INSTALLATION MANUAL

INSTALLATION AND MOUNTING OF THE

EVAPORATORS / SPRAYBOX UNIT

This document, together with the drawing, gives the complete

instructions for mounting and installing the evaporator stands,

evaporators, spray box and fans when no crane is available.

1. Place the evaporator stand on the floor and

fasten it down.

2. Lift the evaporator in its lifting beam and

place it on the evaporator stand, see illustra-

tion 1.1 & 1.2.

Note!

The lifting equipment must have a lifting capac-

ity of a minimum of 5 tons. A telescope fork lift is

preferable.

3. Attach the evaporator to the stands.

4. Mount the spray box mezzanine floor around

the spray box before lifting it from the sub

floor.

5. Lift the spray box and place it on top of the

evaporator.

6. Attach the spray box to the evaporator.

7. Remove any forkguides after installation.
