INSTALLATION MANUAL
INSTALLATION AND MOUNTING OF THE
FLOOR
This document, together with the drawing, gives the complete
instructions for mounting and installing the floor on the sub floor.
Note!
Measure the resistance and insulation of the heating cables and
make sure that the cables are okay. Refer to Installation of
heating cable instructions drawing, index 00005 and, if
necessary, to service info 01-06-221. This is done by the buyer.
1. Measure the length, width and diagonals of the sub floor.
Make sure that the measurements are correct. Refer to the
drawings of the sub floor and to illustration 1.
2. Level the outer edges of the sub floor so that all the floor
sections have a level base to rest on. Use steel plates every
meter if it is necessary to make the sub floor level.
3. Place a steel plate under each loading point. Refer to
Subfloor drawing.

4. Mount the hannoband (E)
vertically behind the
brackets (C). The hanno-
band can be found in the
AA-box.
5. Mount the hannoband (D)
horizontally before pushing
the floor sections (B)
together.
6. Weld at weldpoint (A) Use
the TIG welding machine.
