INSTALLATION

INSTALLATION,

PRODUCT ZONE CLEANER - PZC

(opti0onal equipment)

This document contains information on how to

install the cleaning system PZC.
For detailed information, see equipment draw-

ings or the manufacturer manual for the pump

station.

Installation

1. Check delivery for missing and damaged

parts according to delivery list.

2. Mark and bolt the pump cabinet and the

valve cabinet according to PZC drawing,

index 00023.

3. Mark and drill holes Ø27 for pipe penetra-

tions according to PZC drawing, index

00023.

4. Install the bracket for main pipe and cable

ladders.

5. Install the wall penetrations. Use sealing

compound to get a water tight connection.

6. Install all the pipes on the outside. Teflon

tape must be used on all threaded surfaces.

7. Install the circuits inside the freezer.
8. Connect the circuits with the main pipe with

plastic hoses. Use the stiffeners in the mez-

zanine to support the plastic hoses.

9. Slope the plastic hoses for drain if possible.

The hoses can be sloped towards the spray

arms or the valve.

Note!

Avoid leading water to areas where it does not

easily drain off.
The plastic tubes should have an extra length

of 10mm / 1000 mm to be able to handle shrink-

age at cold temperature.
10. Install spray arms and spray nozzles.
11. Install the Product Zone Rinser (PZR) ac-

cording to installation sheet
