MCU is not in Forced Voltage Control Mode. 

 

The MCU will only operate in in Forced Voltage Control Mode when a dangerous over voltage 
condition is detected. In this case, the MCU switches to Voltage Control Mode in an attempt to 
reduce the bus voltage. However, this mode is severely power limited to prevent a runaway 
vehicle condition.
