fault was detected. 

Resume operation when READY is displayed in the status box and the 
word Ready on the status indicator panel is illuminated in green.

A mathematically incorrect limit was manually entered (using [MEANS/
LIMITS]) during setup of a QC file. The numbers entered generated a 
range containing a number greater than the largest number allowed or 
less than zero. Therefore, the limits were automatically changed.

Check to be sure the entered values are correct. If appropriate, recalculate 
the mean and limits and enter correct values.
