DocuPrint N4525 Network Laser Printer - Service Guide

RRP 1-62 Exit Roller Assembly (PL 9.2)

Removal

1.

Remove the Exit Drive Assembly (RRP 1-55).

2.

Remove the two black machine screws securing the Face Up Lower Chute to 
the Assembly frame, and remove the Chute.

3.

Remove the KL-clip securing the Gear located at the rear of the Exit Roller 
shaft, and remove the Gear and rear bearing.

4.

Remove the E-ring securing the front of the Exit Roller shaft to the Assembly 
frame, and remove the front bearing.

5.

Slide the shaft to the rear, and remove the shaft from the Assembly.
