PROBLEM
There is toner contamination on the back of the fused sheet of
paper.
THE PRINTER DISPLAYS NO ERROR CODE.

PAPER JAM HISTORY
Frequently a paper jam or clearing a paper jam may
result in some minor toner contamination of the paper
path.
Did you just clear a paper jam?
Run 30 Test
Prints to clear
the paper

PAPER Tray INSPECTION
Inspect all of the paper Bins for loose toner on top of and
under the paper stack.
Is there toner in any of the paper Bins?
Clean the
Bins and
replace all of
the paper with
new paper
Go to step 3

PAPER PATH INSPECTION
1. Remove the paper Bins.
2. Remove the Laser Print (EP) Cartridge.
3. Use a flashlight to inspect the entire paper path, from
Feeder to Output Bin, for any loose toner.
Is the paper path free of loose toner?
Go to step 4

BIAS TRANSFER ROLLER INSPECTION
Rotate and inspect the Bias Transfer Roller.
Is the Bias Transfer Roller clean and free of
toner?
