Inter CPU communication error (SV)

Description:

Abnormality was detected in the communication between microcomputer SYS CPU (MA-

83 board) in a system control system and SV CPU (MA-83 board) in a servo system or

between SV CPU and microcomputer EQ CPU (EQ-66 board) in a servo system.

Detection conditions:

1) When the communication check between SYS CPU and SV CPU fails during normal

operation

2) When the SV CPU initialization is not completed during activation

3) When the communication check between SV CPU and EQ CPU fails during normal

operation

Subcode:

02: When the system error occurs due to No.1 in detection conditions

04: When the system error occurs due to No.2 in detection conditions

08: When the system error occurs due to No.3 in detection conditions

Signal line disconnection between MS-54 board and NV-RAM

Protection operation:

Enters the protection mode only when the checksum does not coincide, respectively. (When

the other coincides even if one of them does not coincide, the system functions normally.
In this case, the protection operation is not performed.)
