Installation

3. Install the Gear Box Assembly

(1) Turn the threading ring manually and move

the pinch roller to the front of the pinch

solenoid.

n

Move the hole of the threading ring in order

to check the engagement of the gear when

installing the gear box assembly.

(2) Press the gear of the gear box assembly

against the gear of the threading ring.

(3) Check that the gear of the gear box assembly

engages with the gear of the threading ring as

viewed from the hole of the threading ring.

(4) Tighten the two screws while pressing the

gear box assembly against the threading ring.

4. Connect the Connectors

Connect the two connectors into connector

CN920 on the CCM-15 board and connector

CN904 on the PTC-54 board.

Adjustment after Replacement

5. Confirm the Threading Motor

Operation
