6-2. Command Description
C2 Error backup: (Hex, ID)
Same as the C2 Error, but the multiplied value which is backed up until cleared.
C2 Retry Num: (Hex, ID)
Multiplied value of retried IDs by detecting the C2 error.
As several IDs are retried together, they are multiplied if IDs without the C2 error are included in the
retry.
Ecc Mbytes: (Hex, Mbytes)
Ecc Bytes: (Hex, Bytes)
Multiplied value of bytes of the data determined as requiring correction.

C1 Burst (total of all channels)

6
As the number of bytes to be corrected is determined from the number of blocks of the C1 burst,
calculations are carried out presuming that the minimum number of bytes (6 bytes) were corrected.
Process Mbytes: (Hex, Mbytes)
Process Mbytes: (Hex, Bytes)
Multiplied value of bytes of the processed data.

x
117040
Value calculated by subtracting added data such as parity data from the number of bytes in 1 ID and
presuming that the number of effective bytes is 117040 bytes.
C2 Retry Over: (Hex, ID)
Multiplied IDs exceeding the number of specified retries by detecting the C2 error.
As several IDs are retried together, IDs without the C2 error included in the retry are also multiplied.
C1 Random: (Hex, Byte)
Multiplied value of bytes corrected by the C1 decoder for the data read by each channel (Confi Data
during write).
As the C1 decoder is efficient in correcting errors which occur randomly, C1 Random serves as the
index for the Random Error occurring in each channel.
As both the data not requiring corrections and data which cannot be corrected are not counted, the
error state is determined by using also the C1 burst.
C1 Burst: (Hex, Block)
Multiplied value of bytes corrected by the C1 decoder for the data read by each channel (Confi Data
during write).
Although the C1 decoder corrects with 208 byte as one block, it cannot correct for errors where there
are more than 5 bytes in one block. Consequently, the C1 burst serves as an index for the burst error
which occurs in each channel.
Blocks which could not be corrected by the C1 decoder are done so by the C2 decoder.
