 S-1 mode

(1) Play back the YR2-1 alignment tape (IDR: 0

to 72000). (FWD mode)

(2) Put the unit into the FWD mode, once. Five

or seven seconds later, put into the S-1 mode.

Check that the tape curl at the lower flange of

TG-0 is less than 1/10 of the tape width.

(Spec.3)

If the specification 3 is not satisfied, adjust

the height of TG-1 and TG-2.

Check that the tape curl at the lower flange of

TG-4 is less than 1/10 of the tape width.

(Spec.4)

If the specification 4 is not satisfied, adjust

the height of TG-5.
