Adjustment

4. Loosen the Screw

Loosen the hexagonal screw by 1/4 to 1/2 turn.

5. Adjust the Reel Table Rotation Sensor

Position

(1) Insert the thickness gauge (t=0.13 mm)

between the reel table rotation sensor and the

reel table.

(2) Push the portion A shown in the figure with

fingers, and gently bring the reel rotation

sensor into contact with the thickness gauge.

6. Tighten the Screw

Tighten the hexagonal screw loosened in step 4.

7. Remove the Thickness Gauge

Be careful not to damage the reel flange and the

reel table rotation sensor.

8. Recheck the Reel Table Rotation

Sensor Position

(1) Insert the thickness gauge (t=0.1 mm)

between the reel table rotation sensor and the

reel table.

(2) Rotate the reel table, and check that it rotates

smoothly.

(3) Recheck that the specifications 1 and 2 are

satisfied referring to steps 1 through 3.
