Reel/Capstan Motor & FG Check (Servo check command)
Function: Checks the following automatically and continuously.
. Operation of S reel FG and S reel motor
.
Operation of T reel FG and T reel motor
.
Operation of capstan FG and capstan motor
. S reel offset and friction
. T reel offset and friction
.
S reel motor torque
.
T reel motor torque
Operation: (1) Enter command.
After the title, the following message is then displayed on the screen.
Are you ready (y/n)?
* To stop the execution of check, press the N key.
(2) Press the Y key to initiate a continuous check.
* A cassette tape is automatically ejected when it has been inserted into this unit in this case.
* The continuous check cannot be stopped when it is initiated During continuous check, each check item is
displayed sequentially.
(3) Message “ALL Check Complete” is displayed on the screen when the check succeeds.
Message “# Abnormal Ended #” is displayed on the screen when the check fails. For
the failure of check, refer to next page.
. When the check fails
(Example: S-Reel Toruque Check fails)
