: normal_ltc_count (Hex, Frame)
Number of frames at which the LTC could be normally read while executing longitudinal search
CMD.
If LTC could be read normally, it is determined that RD06 is x8 (Hex).
When 1_search_count becomes 51 (=33 Hex frame), if counted more than 41 (=29 Hex) frames,
it is determined that the LTC of this block was recorded normally.
