Adjustment

3. Loosen Screws

Loosen the two screws (PSW3

8) fixing the

pinch press assembly by 1/2 to one turn.

4. Adjust the Pinch Press Assembly

Position

Put the pinch solenoid into the energized state,

then insert the tip of a 3 mm flat-blade screwdriv-

er into the notch of the pinch press assembly and

adjust the pinch press assembly position so that

the specification is satisfied.

5. Tighten Screws

Tighten the two screws loosened in step 3.

6. Recheck the Pinch Press Clearance

Refer to steps 1 and 2.
