3-6. Drum Exit Side Block

T Drawer Arm Height Adjustment

(1) Pass the T drawer arm through the T drawer

base while passing the poly-slider washer and

spring through the shaft of the T drawer arm.

(2) Hook the spring to the T drawer arm and the

T drawer base.

(3) Connect the connector. Then pull the harness

so that it should not come in contact with the

T drawer arm.

(4) Press down the T drawer arm and check that

the specification 1 is satisfied.

If the specification 1 is not satisfied, repeat

steps

until it is satisfied. (Height

Adjustment)

Remove the T drawer arm and the spring.

Install or remove the poly-slider washer

at the upper of the T drawer base.

Check again that the specification 1 is

satisfied.

(5) Pass the poly-slider washer through the shaft,

then fix the T drawer arm by the stop washer.

(6) Move the T drawer arm in the vertical

direction. At this time, check that the vertical

play satisfies the specification 2.

If the specification 2 is not satisfied, repeat

steps

until it is satisfied. (Vertical

Play Adjustment)

Remove the stop washer

Install or remove the poly-slider washer

at the lower of the T drawer base.

Fix the T drawer arm by the stop washer

and check again that the specification 2 is

satisfied.
