Outline

Replacement

Disconnect the Flexible Board (CN2/SE-358 Board)

Disconnect the Connector (CTL/TC Head Board)

Remove the Pinch Arm Guard

Remove the CL Guide Rail

Remove the Pinch Press Assembly (Refer to steps 1 and 2 in Section 3-6-3.)

Remove the S Plate Assembly

Remove the S Tension Regulator Assembly

(Refer to steps 1 and 2 in Section 3-4-1.)

Remove the T Drawer Assembly (Refer to steps 1 and 2 in Section 3-6-6.)

Remove the Gear Box Assembly (Refer to steps 1 and 2 in Section 3-6-4.)

10. Remove the Ring Roller

11. Remove the Threading Ring Assembly

12. Cleaning (Threading Ring Assembly)

13. Install the Threading Ring Assembly

14. Install the Ring Roller

15. Install the Gear Box Assembly (Refer to steps 3 and 4 in Section 3-6-4.)

16. Confirm the Threading Ring Operation

17. Install the S Plate Assembly

18. Install the Pinch Press Assembly (Refer to steps 3 and 4 in Section 3-6-3.)

19. Put the Unit into the Unthreading End Mode

20. Install the S Tension Regulator Assembly (Refer to step 3 in Section 3-4-1.)

21. Install the T Drawer Assembly (Refer to step 3 in Section 3-6-6.)

22. Confirm the T Drawer Assembly Operation (Refer to step 4 in Section 3-6-6.)

23. Install the CL Guide Rail

24. Confirm the CL Arm Assembly Operation (Refer to step 3 in Section 3-5-1.)

25. Install the Pinch Arm Guard

26. Connect the Flexible Board (CN2/SE-358 Board)

27. Connect the Connector (CTL/TC Head Board)

Adjustment after Replacement

28. Adjust the Pinch Press Clearance (Refer to Section 4-8.)

29. Confirm the Tape Running (Refer to Section 5-3.)
