S Reel Brake Solenoid Check (Servo check command)

SV1A

T Reel Brake Solenoid Check (Servo check command)

Function:

SV19: Checks the function of an S reel brake solenoid.

SV1A:Checks the function of a T reel brake solenoid.

Operation:

The commands above are the same in operation.

(1) Enter command.

A cassette tape is automatically ejected when it has been inserted into this unit in this case.

(2) Press the J key. Message “-ON” is displayed on the screen. Confirm with a sound that

the brake solenoid is turned on. (Brake off state)

(3) Press the K key. Message “-OFF” is displayed on the screen. As a result, the iron core

of the brake solenoid returns to the former position. (Brake on state)

(4) To terminate a check, press the CTRL and C keys simultaneously.

When the CTRL and C keys are pressed simultaneously, the solenoid automatically returns to the OFF state.
