GY-2120WD/WS

1-8-1. MA-83, MEM-83 and IF-682/683 Board

Replacement

Turn off the power and remove the power cord.

Put the unit on its side down, remove the four screws

(PWH3

6), then remove the bottom plate. (Refer to

section 1-1-1.)

Remove the two screws (PWH3

6), then remove the

frame(R).

Remove the two screws (B3

5) and four screws

(PWH3

6) and pull out the MA-83 board.

At that time, slide the MA-83 board toward the front

panel, then take out it in the direction indicated by the

arrow.

1-8. Boards Replacement

Disconnect the eight connectors (CN1, CN6, CN100,

CN101, CN103, CN108, CN251 and CN252).

Remove the MEM-83 board on the MA-83 board.

Disconnect one connector (CN103 on the IF-682/683

board).

Remove the two screws (PWH3

6), then remove the

IF-682/683 board.

Install each board in the main unit in the reverse order

of removal.
