Replacement

Disconnect the Connector (CN854/PD-35 Board)

Remove the Pinch Press Assembly

Install the Pinch Press Assembly

Connect the Connector (CN854/PD-35 Board)

Adjustment after Replacement

Confirm the Pinch Solenoid Operation (SV18: Pinch Roller Solenoid Check)

(Refer to Section 6-2.)

Adjust the Pinch Press Clearance (Refer to Section 4-8.)

Preparation

Turn the power off.

Remove the upper lid. (Refer to Section 1-1-1.)

Remove the plate MD. (Refer to Section 1-1-1.)

Remove the cassette compartment. (Refer to Section 1-1-2.)
