Stop cam, minus active (r2684.13)
Stop cam, plus active (r2684.14)
These status signals indicate that "Stop cam, minus" (p2569) or "Stop cam. plus" (p2570)
has been exceeded or not reached. The signals are reset when the cams are left in the
direction other than that in which they were approached.
Axis, travels forwards (r2683.4)
Axis, travels backwards (r2683.5)
Axis accelerates (r2684.4)
Drive decelerates (r2684.5)
Drive stationary (r2199.0)
These status signals indicate the current condition of motion. If the current velocity value is
less than or equal to p2161, the "Drive stationary" status signal is set otherwise it is
canceled. The signals are set accordingly when jog mode, homing, or a traversing block is
active.
Cam switch signal 1 (r2683.8)
Cam switch signal 2 (r2683.9)
The function of the electronic cams can be implemented by means of these signals. Cam
switch signal 1 is "0" when the actual position is greater than p2547, otherwise the signal is
"1". Cam switch signal 2 is "0" when the actual position is greater than p2548, otherwise the
signal is "1". The signal is, therefore, canceled when the drive is beyond the cam switch
position. These signals are triggered by the position controller.
Direct output 1 (r2683.10)
Direct output 2 (r2683.11)
If a digital output is parameterized with the "Direct output 1" or "Direct output 2" function, it
can be set (SET_O) or reset (RESET_O) using a corresponding command in the traversing
block.
Following error in tolerance (r2684.8)
When the axis is traversed in closed-loop position-controlled mode, the permissible following
error is calculated from the current velocity and the selected Kv factor on the basis of a
model. Parameter p2546 defines a dynamic following error window which defines the
permissible deviation from the value calculated. The status signal indicates whether the
following error is within the window (status 1).
