Basic positioner with position tracking
Description
Due to the adjustment of the encoder (p2507, absolute value encoder), the actual position
value in the reference point/adjustment point is set to the position value stored in parameter
p2599. The position zero point is calculated from this axis position. Each half of the encoder
range is placed to the left and right of this position zero point; this is the range in which the
position will be restored after switch-off/switch-on.
Reason: The permissible range of position tracking was displayed based on the range of the
basic positioner.
Note
If position tracking is activated after the adjustment (p2720[0] = 1, activate position gearbox,
position tracking), the adjustment is reset.
