RIP/2.2- ADJUSTMENT AND SIGNALLING DEVICES
The following devices for adjusting and signalling are located on work unit:
• Hand wheel (FIG.9-REF.1) and numerical indicator (FIG.9-REF.2)
Adjust the upper front track feeler, according to the edging thickness.
• Hand wheel (FIG.10-REF.1) and numerical indicator (FIG.10-REF.2)
Adjust the lower front track feeler, according to the edging thickness.
• Hand wheel (FIG.9-REF.3)
Allows the inclination adjustment of the upper spindle (standard inclination: 20°).
• Hand wheel (FIG.10-REF.3)
Allows the inclination adjustment of the lower spindle (standard inclination: 20°).
• Hand wheel (FIG.11-REF.1) and numerical indicator (FIG.11-REF.2)
Optional (radius changing kit). Adjust the vertical position of the upper spindle.
• Hand wheel (FIG.11-REF.3) and numerical indicator (FIG.11-REF.4)
Optional (radius changing kit). Adjust the vertical position of the lower spindle.
• Hand wheel (FIG.11-REF.5) and numerical indicator (FIG.11-REF.6)
Optional (radius changing kit). Adjust the horizontal position of the upper spindle.
• Hand wheel (FIG.11-REF.7) and numerical indicator (FIG.11-REF.8)
Optional (radius changing kit). Adjust the horizontal position of the lower spindle.
• Hand wheel (FIG.11-REF.9) and numerical indicator (FIG.11-REF.10)
Optional (radius changing kit). Adjust the position of the upper half-unit, for the proportioning to the
edging thickness.
• Hand wheel (FIG.11-REF.11) and numerical indicator (FIG.11-REF.12)
Optional (radius changing kit). Adjust the position of the lower half-unit, for the proportioning to the
edging thickness.

The extractor hoods
(FIG.12-REF.1)
also serve to limit access to the tools, with the exception of the
work zone.
During machining, the unit is protected by the sound-proof cabin.
Each door of the sound-proof cabin comes with a device preventing the opening of the door itself
before the fi xed period of time has passed since the stop control.
This time has been calculated to give the frequency converter time to stop the motors.
When the cabin is open, the unit cannot be operated.
